Another question…

I have the little on underfoot all day today. She’s still in bed, so I have a moment’s peace. I have to make this quick! (How do they find so many things to talk about?!)

If you could have the voice of any famous person, living or deceased, whose voice would you claim as your own?

    Oooh! I keep opening the website and finding things so different every time, it’s like Christmas! It’s going to be awesome when it’s done!

    Oh yeah, the question. If I could have any voice, it would be Ann Wilson’s from Heart. No girl rocker has a better voice—and I love to daydream about being a rock star, belting it out in front of an audience wearing Daisy Duke’s a black fishnet top with a sport’s bra underneath and black combat boots. Yeah, it’s my dream! 8)

    I agree with you Delilah, Ann Wilson from Heart is amazing. I’d pick Phoebe Snow, she sang a song called Poetry Man a long time ago. Showing my age. But she was awesome. Love this new site so far. Going to look around some more. 😀

    This was tricky, DD. I’d love to espouse the names of famous people, great minds from our history, but what do we know of them personally? We only know the public personna. So, my humble answer is “my own voice”.
    Without it, I wouldn’t be me. This voice is the one that tells my husband and sons I love them unconditionally. It’s the voice that soothes my grandchildren when they can’t sleep. And it’s the voice that lets my daughter-in-law’s know I’m glad my sons chose them.

    Carol! That song was out when I was in college and only 17 myself (I dropped out of high school to go to college :roll:)—so I know just who you’re talking about. She had a lovely voice.

    I’d love to have Patsy Cline’s voice. Smooth and sexy. Plus she was a total looker.
