great contest! i love the fiddle, i am a huge fan of country and bluegrass music and one of my favorites is Alison Krauss. when she plays her fiddle it can bring tears to your eyes.
my favorite song of hers is called “Let me touch you for a while”.

you can find it on youtube if anyone doesn’t know who she is is interested in finding out. Enjoy! 😛

Sounds like a great idea to form a band! My family can contribute
    2 trombones, 3 saxophones, 2 French Horns, 1 flute, 1 cello,
1 violin, and a variety of keyboards & guitars. The 3 y/o has
his own mini drum set, I’m super on record player and vocals,
and the rest will be outstanding on back-up vocals!

    Whatcha think!!

I can’t play fiddle so I read this as more of a metaphor. I feel like an old fiddle today after taking my nephew to a water park. But I made it down the highest slides – much to his enjoyment.

Charlie Daniels can certainly play a mean fiddle! But that quote makes me think that just because a person is older you shouldn’t just brush off what they say because they still have merit and validity to their opinions and things they have to say.
Awesome contest!! All kinds of great stuff!! Thanks for having such a great giveaway!!

And there I was imagining all kinds of cougar connotations for that quote, and y’all were imagining music. You know where my mind is.
