TIME Magazine…a quest…and a question…
Thursday, June 28th, 2012

What does Time Magazine have to do with me? I’ll tell ya.

This is a picture of the July 2d issue of Time. I know. It’s not July 2d just yet, but they go out ahead of the date to bookstores and grocery stores.

Next week, for the July 9th issue, they will include a special feature—their summer reading list. And I’m told that COWBOY LUST is on it! Yes, my lovely, smutty anthology will be mentioned in the TIME!

Here’s what I’d love. If you are out and about in the next few days and happen to see that July 9th issue, take a pic. Email me that pic, because I’d love to post it on my site here and the Cowboy Lust website!

That’s your mission should you choose to accept it!

* * * * *

On to today’s burning question!

If you could be the spokesperson for any product on the market, what product would you choose to enthusiastically represent?

Oh! And Happy Birthday to me! 🙂

Happy birthday! As a kid, I would have loved a summer birthday instead of January.

My first thought was Diet Coke since I consume so much of it, but since I’m trying to ween myself off….again… I would say Edy’s (Dreyer’s) ice cream because I really like it and would love an unlimited supply.

My favorite product of all time is Post-Its! I would show their versatility–from using them for storyboarding to covering up man bits on pics I have when the little ones are around… 😉

Oh these questions you come up with. I thought I would have to think about it. I could do a few but at the top of my list would have to be post-its. I like the different colors and sizes. I use them for many things and even carry some in my pocket while doing other things so I can jot down ideas for my stories as I work them out in my head.

Happy Birthday! Your name is one of those I will never forget. Started your cowboy romances back in 2007/2008 and my love for them began.

All the things I would want to advocate for are real life stuff. Helping addicts get and stay clean. Autism awareness (youngest has it) Diabetes help (youngest has this too) and….. World peace (in my best Miss America voice 😛 )

    Have a very Happy Birthday!!!

I would love to be a spokesperson for Lasek eye surgery. I had it done 4 years ago and it is AWESOME! I couldn’t see the alarm clock in the morning unless I was right on top of it, now I can see it from across the room. When I went to bed the night of the surgery things were still a bit fuzzy, I woke up the next moening and actually saw the clock, the texture in the ceiling, and the ceiling fan (all four blades, not just a big spot in the ceiling). It really is a life changer. 😆

Happy Birthday! I couldn’t be a spokesperson for anything unless it involved me not having to say a word since I would probably stutter and turn red! However, if I could have an unlimited supply of either See’s chocolate candies or Lindt’s…I might find a way to overcome my shyness, lol.

    Happy Birthday Delilah,
i think it would be fresh(organic-farmers market) or home grown fruit and vegetables. they taste so much better and are so much better for you. i know before i was injured my nieces and nephews and i planted a huge garden and when the peas came up we all stood in the dirt in our bare feet and pick/shelled and ate them as fast as they grew. they were so good. same with strawberries, my heirloom purple tomatoes(make a to die for salsa) and corn. then later when the pumpkins and squash came up it was another round of “of my God this taste good”. i got them to eat things from the garden that they refuse to eat from the store now! 😛 😛

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Congrats on TIME Magazine!!

I could happily & enthusiastically represent pens. I seriously guard my favorites & just about spout poetry when I add to my collection. There is something rather wonderful about a pen that glides across the page.
