A Question…
Monday, June 10th, 2013

I was supposed to have a guest today, but she must have forgotten, and I definitely forgot to remind her! So, here I am!

I’m keeping it short and sweet today. Just a question for you to answer, because your opinion matters!

If archeologists could somehow discover the location of and dig up anything—an object or some lost city—from any time in the past, what would you want that thing or place to be?

* * * * *

Psst! My Lost Souls blog tour starts today! Check out the links to the websites here. You know there will be prizes and plenty to keep you fascinated, dah-lings! 🙂

I second Maria’s call for Atlantis!

Second thought would be the discovery of an ancient alien base on earth.

I’d like them to dig up an answer to these: http://paranormal.about.com/od/ancientanomalies/ig/Most-Puzzling-Ancient-Artifact/grooved_sphere.htm

If not that, then Atlantis is a good alternative 😀

Proof that aliens helped the ancient civilizations (i.e. Egyptians, Mayans, etc) with technology.

There’s no wonder we all get along so well. *snicker* We have the same mindset. Forget about the Holy Grail—Dan Brown settled that mystery by naming it Mary Magdalene. We want aliens not proof of God(dess)!!

My first thought was Atlantis, then an ancient Viking Village or a Scottish village.

    The Amber Room
    http://www.smithsonianmag.com/history-archaeology/world-history/brief_amber.html

This beautiful room survived the Russian Revolution in the same palace where the Czar and his family were killed, only to disappear late in WWII after being seized by the Germans and taken back to German-held East Prussia. Some rumors say the tons of amber went up in flames when Konigsberg Castle, while other suggest it’s still buried under tons of debris in tunnels under the castle ruins. Some say it was on a torpedoed ship laying at the bottom of the Baltic.

The modern replica is magnificent, but by all accounts, it’s a pale imitation of the original.

Man, I hate it when my brain and fingers get out of sync.

“Some say that the tons of amber went up in flames when Konigsberg Castle was firebombed, while others suggest it’s still buried under tons of debris in tunnels under the castle ruins.”

I also go with Atlantis but wouldn’t it be GREAT if they could find real PROOF that Aliens really help the Ancients like Laurie P said?? 😯
