Last Moment, Last Song…
Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015

I saw this question on Facebook yesterday and it’s odd, but I didn’t have to think about my answer at all. It was automatic.

Here’s the question, sort of. Of course I had to do my own take on it…

Say an asteroid is hurtling toward Earth and we all face mass extinction, blown away in just moments, what song would you want playing?

Here’s my answer, what’s yours?

Great choice! it would be a toss up between What a Wonderful World and Hotel California.

My first answer before I started overthinking it was “Out Tonight” from Rent.

It would have to be Til The Last Shot’s Fired by Trace Adkins. Then the spirits of fallen military would be at rest.

The first song I thought of is Riding with the King, the Eric Clapton/BB King version.

The first one that came to my mind is I Feel the Earth Move by Carole King. It’s the ring tone I use for my hubby. 🙂

I guess mine would have to be The Dance by Garth Brooks. To me, that song says it all and brings me to tears every single time I hear it. If I’m going out, then I’m going out remembering how great my life was and that “I could have missed the pain, but I would have had to miss the dance” and that is totally unacceptable. Life is THE DANCE~~~ 😆
