Ready for Spring? (Puzzle-Contest)

UPDATE: The winner is…Rita!
*~*~*

I had my COVID shot yesterday, and some folks asked me to give them an update on any reactions I might be having. The numbness in my lips and the slight woozy-headed feeling went away by late afternoon. This morning, I woke up with my arm feeling like it’s bruised, but that’s it. My SIL told me to be ready for fatigue, but I had insomnia last night—which is not unusual, so that wasn’t a problem for me. A little discomfort is well worth not dying. Folks, go get your shots!

So, it’s Monday. After last week’s Snowmageddon, we’re having a week of rain. We were under a tornado watch last night and had some limbs come down. A funnel cloud was seen but never touched down. So, we’re knee-deep in mud and won’t be drying up anytime soon. The first day we have sunshine, I’m going to start working on the pool because I can’t wait for the warm weather! I hope you’re all doing well and looking forward to Spring like I am! Maybe the puzzle will help you get into the mood. 🙂

Can I say I love your puzzles. Not too hard or complex and beautiful to see the end result

The puzzle is great. Can’t wait for spring. Suppose to be 61 this weekend. Can’t wait. Still a couple of months for us to open our pool. Kids are going back to school full time March 30 with Monday’s being online only. Hope it works but thinking they are pushing it for 2 months of school.

A young man in love has tied up the boat so he can take his one and only out to ask her to marry him.

I love that the boat doesn’t look cluttered and I love the composition of the photo. I feel the photog is giving us a glimpse into things they love – spring, beauty, leave, serenity.

Such a pastoral scene! A little boat waiting to head out on this calm lake for a romantic row around the lake!

What a beautiful picture. I can imagine taking that boat out and enjoying the calm beauty of nature. Stopping to have a picnic with someone who is special to you. Enjoying spending some quality time with that person.

boats always tell a story for me. to me this looks like a victorian era boat with a lady spralled out with a long dress made of lace and a parosal.

3:50 – great puzzle. I would say there is a basket of food coming so two individuals can enjoy a nice picnic down stream

Love the puzzle. First thing that popped into my head was The Little Mermaid when Ariel and prince Eric were in the boat and he was trying to figure out her name.

4:13 — I was thinking that maybe he parked the boat beside her home on the river, waiting for her to come down. Then he’d row her to a romantic picnic…?

3:55 – There is a story here. One of a lazy day on the river, maybe with a picnic under the shade of the tree.
