   I love crepes. They’re so light. But my hands down favorite is Belgian waffles. I love pouring the syrup in those deep little wells.

   Okay! So now I am hungry! My favs are 1 – buttermilk. 2 – Blueberry 3 – Crepe. I think I need to learn how to make a good crepe. Those are good. Buttermilk I have as often as i can get away with. Think I need to go mix a batch!

   I haven’t tried all of these yet, but I haven’t yet meet a pancake i wouldn’t try let alone like.

   My son asked me to compete against him once in a local pancake eating contest because know one else was there, and it was almost time to start.
   Two more walked in with a couple minutes to spare. I lost by one bite.

   He couldn’t believe it. How did you do that. I had to think about it. I guess I learned how to eat fast in the Navy.

    i love crèpes and being belgian, wafles ( to be differencied from “galettes “- waffles are ” gaufres) an we have so many diffrent kind of each, some better eaten hot some cold delicious
