A winner and a question!
Sunday, July 24th, 2011

I’m being just a little lazy today. My office and bedroom are trashed. I emptied them of furniture to give to my grandmother for her new apartment/suite, and am now shopping for replacements. So all my many things are strewn about. I can’t think it’s such a mess.

The winner of the Tag It contest is…Shadow! Shadow, email me with your choice of one of my downloadable Samhain or EC titles!

So, here’s the question…

If, for one month, you could live at any famous residence or house
in the entire world, which one would you pick?

Its a toss up between the house in Amittyville or the Vanderbuilt house in Rhode Island (at least I think its in RI). It was their summer home.

    Marika! Nice choices!

Cindy! I was thinking of the Winchester House too, or the Tower of London (okay, not a house, but people have lived there!).

Thank you so much Delilah! I emailed you. 🙂
One place that ive always wanted to go see is The Lalaurie House in New Orleans. I seen a documentary and a ghost hunter type show on it and ive always wanted to explore it. The Madame that lived there was so cruel. The house has hidden passages, a secret treasure and hauntings. I dont believe i could live there a whole month though. Maybe a day. 😛 Im a chicken.

A castle in Ireland or maybe Scotland. I don’t have one in mind, I’m willing to be flexible.

I would love to live at the Getty Villa in Malibu, and close it to business so it was just me and the servants (there must be servants). It’s an ideal spot to write from, it’s quiet, it’s got stunning views, and there’s all that history to explore if I need a break. Besides, sex in the Bacchus pool. Can’t beat it. (I did mention there’d be a poolboy, no?)

it is a toss up for me (depending on my mood for the day) either Dracula’s castle in the Carpathian Mountains of Transylvania(now Romania) or Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria,Germany(built by King Ludwig).
you can decide which one would be for my romance mood and which would be for my gothic BDSM mood. LOL! keep in mind both have dungeons! 😀
