UPDATE: The winner is…Sara D!
Typing one-handed is such a PITA!!!!
But I’ll do it for you. Yesterday, after my daughter brought me home from the ER, she and her hubby headed to the farm store to pick up a batch of chicks! In a few months, if the snakes, raccoons, and possums can be kept out of their pen, we will have eggs!
In the meantime, chicks are in the cage my SIL built, in the craft room next to my office, where we can keep them warm while they are so young. There are 18 of them, so their constant chirping is cute. I’ll let you know how that goes as they grow…
If you’d like to see them in their new home under their heat lamp, solve the puzzle! Offer suggestions for names for a chance to win a $5 Amazon gift card!
here’s some name ideas that may fit some of their actions or how they look: Peeper, Shuffles, Bossy, Scurry, Cuddler, Fluffy, Blondie, White Tip, Calico, Biggie or Henrietta, Chicken Little, Tillie
So cute… I have wanted some in the past, but my area doesn’t allow us to have livestock in our yards.
Names of candies would be fun for them… Snickers, Reeses, Chunky, Hershey, Twizzler, etc.
I’m not good with names especially without seeing their personalities. It might be fun to use some of your favorite character names though.
I like regular names like George and Bess and Nancy and Frank and Joe and Mary
Vincent Van Cluck
Eggsellence Van Chick
Cage Van Chick
Henny Van Pen
Cornelius Van Egg

I like fun names like this
Pip, Kia, Miah, Bubba, ,Liam, Wyatt, Rose, Kindayl, Tristan, Jo, Mia, Leigh, Rae,
Sable for the brownish one with the darker brown stripe down its back. Erica, the Red for the other brown one. The yellow ones could be Buttercup and Vanilla. The multi-colored one in the top photo could be Foxy. Others could be Mercury, Licorice, and the one in a tuxedo could be Garbo. BTW, loved this puzzle.
