Tell me a story… (Contest)
Sunday, October 13th, 2019

UPDATE: The winner is…Christine LaCombe!
*~*~*

It’s Sunday! I’ve babysat my dd’s four children since Friday morning while she and hubby attended my nephew’s wedding in Texas. They’ll be back today, so I’m ready to kick back—after I get the kids organized to clean this house (or I will be a dead person when she gets here!).

So, while I’m tackling cleanup duties, y’all get to play!

For a chance to win a $5 Amazon gift card, tell me a story about this picture. Doesn’t have to be longer than a line, but have fun! Doesn’t matter how good the story is either, because I’ll use a random number generator to pick a winner…

A Rockin’ Puzzle!
Wednesday, October 2nd, 2019

I’m still recovering from my night with Joan Jett and Heart! Recovering, I say, because my poor feet and back are aching! Between having to stand to see anything and traversing up and down a million stairs for beer and bathroom breaks, I’m a little sore!

Oh, to be twenty again! But hey! Another two great bands scratched off my bucket list!

Joan Jett was exactly what you’d expect—basic rock ‘n’ roll, totally fun! Heart was a mixed bag. Ann Wilson sang some very strange songs among her greatest hits, but just to hear that voice live… I nearly cried when she took the stage I was sooooo happy. Damn, that woman can still sing!!

Anyways, I’m a day late posting this, or anything, really. Catching up today. Here’s a photo from Joan Jett’s “Crimson & Clover.” It’s not a great quality shot, but have fun with the puzzle!

Puzzle it out!
Friday, September 27th, 2019

This puzzle gives you a hint of what I should be doing today. Instead, I’m torn between cleaning up words for a friend and watching Descendants 3 with the munchkins. I can’t do both…

So, have fun with the puzzle. Nudge me to work faster so I can do what this pic hints at! And oh, the color makes me happy! Do you think I can find one in yellow?

So here we are on a Saturday. Nothing better to do, right? You’re bored with Pinterest. Have answered all your emails. Spied on your friends and enemies on Facebook. Now, what?

Let’s play a game! I love this photo. I used it in my ad for my next short story anthology, First Response, for which I’m still collecting submissions.

For a chance to win a $5 Amazon gift card, tell me a story, based on this photo. Doesn’t have to long or eloquent. Just have fun!

I’m feeling a little too lazy… (Puzzle)

I finished up two back-to-back editing jobs, and I’m feeling a little too lazy to do much of anything, kind of like the two in this picture. Have fun with the puzzle!

The puzzle is a cover reveal for an upcoming re-release of story I wrote a while ago. The romance is f/f. The concept is wicked cool—set in my fave city, New Orleans, and involves a witch and a dead woman and some scary voodoo loas… For a chance to win a download of one of my recent releases, NOT Big Sky Wedding, let me know if this is something you would read.
